Oopsjoy+Erica's Orange Chicken
2 boneless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch strips
2 carrots sliced thin
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 med onion sliced sliced thin
2 tablespoons olive oil
5 teaspoons flour
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 cup orange juice
1/3 cup chili sauce

In a large skillet fry chicken strips, carrots, green pepper and onions
   until chicken is cooked.
In a bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, chili sauce & orange juice.
Pour over chicken and veggies bringing to a boil and thicken a bit.
Serve over broad leaf noodles (or any noodles you like)


Bratty's Hamburger Soup
Brown hamburger w/ green onions, drain grease
Add sliced carrots
1 can corn
Diced tomatoes
2 potatoes
chili powder
salt - pepper - garlic powder
Beef broth or water (I used the liquid from the corn, potatoes
   and carrots)
You can add just about anything you like, noodles, more spices.
Throw it all together and simmer.
Marr's Dump Cake
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup flaked coconut
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 can cherry pie filling
2 sticks melted margarine
Grease and flour 9x13 inch baking pan.
Spread pie filling in pan, sprinkle on 1 1/2 cup dry cake mix.
Spread pineapple and it's juice over that, sprinkle with more
cake mix. Add coconut and nuts, followed by remaining cake mix.
Drizzle melted margarine over mixture.
Bake approximately 1 hour at 325 degrees.
               * Can add apple peach or blueberry pie filling.

Weary-Bones Dawgs (secret recipe)
2 cups water - bring to a boil
1 pack hotdogs
Add hot dogs to boiling water and cook until hot an plump.
              (as opposed to being cold and skinny)
Ken's Black Midnight Cake
2 1/4 cups flour
1 2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup cocoa
1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teasoon salt
1/4 teasoon baking powder
1 1/4 cups water
3/4 cup shortening
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 - 9 inch pans / 3 - 8 inch pans / or 1 - 13x9x2 pan

Measure all ingredients into large mixing bowl.
Beat 3 minutes. Bake in oblong pan at 350 degress for 45 minutes.
Layer cake 30 to 35 minutes. Bake until toothpick inserted in the
middle comes out clean.
White Mountain Frosting
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
2 tablespoons water
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine sugar, corn syrup, water in small pan (covered)
Heat to a rapid boil over medium heat.
Remove the cover. boil rapidly (without stirring) to 242 degrees
with candy thermometer.
As mixture boils, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Pour hot syrup slowly in thin stream into beaten egg whites
  (beating constantly on medium speed)
Beat on high speed until peaks form. Add vanilla during the last
  minute of beating. That's it! Hope you enjoy it!
